George
and Duke Nursery/ Elementary School Felele Ibadan is
a private day and boarding school opened on the 12th
of September, 1994, with just twenty seven (27)
pupils on roll and eight (8) teachers in a two flat,
roofed with corrugated iron along Odukoya Street of
Felele Straight in Ibadan.
In
September, 1995, there was need for expansion which
necessitated the building of a prefab at the back of
the house. The school remained there for quite a
while before the house was decked and raised. By
September, 1996 there were more classes ranging from
the Nursery to class six. Our school now cater for
both foreigners and Nigerians in various
surroundings of Ibadan. "Excellence" is our
watchword
Our
pupils have consistently won
Laurels yearly,
especially in Mathematics,
Olympaid and Gifted Children Awards. All
these are to the glory of God and the deep
involvement of the dedicated teachers.
